Himlayang Pilipino Life Plan offers you three (3) classes of fixed value memorial Life Plan.
SOPRANO PLAN
Gives you Benefits of up to a maximum of 400% of Plan Value.
Here's Why:
During the Paying Period
Soprano Plan gives you 200% of Plan Value as Memorial Service Value (MSV), 100% of Plan Value as Cash Assistance Value (CAV), and 100% of Plan Value as Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits starting from issue date.
*AD&D is applicable only to Planholders between 18 to 55 years old. Dismemberment benefit ranges from 50% to 100% of Plan Value.
After Full Payment up to 70th Birthday
Annual Increment (AI) equivalent to 10% of Plan Value shall be added annually to the MSV one (1) year after full payment for a period of ten (10) years or up to your 70th birthday, whichever comes first.
BARITONE PLAN
Gives you Benefits up to a maximum of 400% of Plan Value with 100% Annual Increment (AI) withrawable in cash as a living Benefit at your option.

Baritone Plan gives you 200% of Plan Value as Memorial Service Value (MSV) and 100% of Plan Value as Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits.
*AD&D is applicable only to Planholders between 18 to 55 years old. Dismemberment benefit ranges from 50% to 100% of Plan Value.
After Full Payment up to 70th Birthday
Cash Assistance Value (CAV) equivalent to 100% of Plan Value shall be added to your MSV after the full payment of your plan.
Annual Increment (AI) equivalent to 10% of Plan Value shall be added annually to the MSV one (1) year after full payment for a period of ten (10) years or up to your 70th birthday, whichever comes first.
At your option, Baritone's Annual Increment (AI) is withrawable in cash as Living Benefit provided you are still alive on the 15th year after full payment of your life plan counted up to your 70th birthday. Exercise of this option extinguishes the obligation of the company to the Annual Increment (AI).
TENOR PLAN
Gives you Benefits up to a maximum of 500% of Plan Value
Here's Why:
During the Paying Period
Tenor Plan gives you 200% of Plan Value as Memorial Service Value (MSV), 200% of Plan Value as Cash Assistance Value (CAV) and 100% of Plan Value as Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits starting from issue date.
*AD&D is applicable only to Planholders between 18 to 55 years old. Dismemberment benefit ranges from 50% to 100% of Plan Value.
After Full Payment before 65th Birthday
Annual Increment (AI) equivalent to 10% of Plan Value shall be added annually to the MSV one (1) year after full payment for a period of ten (10) years or up to your 70th birthday, whichever comes first.
65th Birthday up to 70th Birthday
Cash Assistance Value (CAV) starting on the 65th birthday up to 70th birthday is equivalent to 100% of Plan Value.
Benefits Beyond 70th Birthday for Soprano, Baritone and Tenor Plans
Your beneficiary/ies shall receive 100% of Plan Value as MSV and the accumulated Annual Increment* of your Life Plan upon your demise (except if withdrawn as Living Benefit in the case of Baritone). If you elect to surrender your plan, you shall be entitled to 100% of Plan Value.
Additional Insurance Protection for Soprano, Baritone and Tenor Plans
Waiver of Installment upon Death provides for automatic full payment of the Life Plan in case of death during the paying period.
Waiver of Installment Payments Due to Disability is applicable only to Planholders between 18 to 60 years old who become totally and permanently disabled due to illness or injury for at least six (6) continuous months.
