MIS - SYSTEMS TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles the company’s network and system infrastructure.
Handles the company website, pop3 webmail, domain and hosting.
Maintains a daily accomplishment report of MIS Technical Activities.
Maintains a comprehensive inventory of all hardware peripherals.
Evaluates and recommends MIS hardware / software / service requirements.
Provides technical support on various Windows OS and MS Office applications.
A solid understanding of the following is a must:
Hardware troubleshooting
Windows 98/XP Pro
Windows 2003 Server
MS Office 2000/XP/2003
Adobe Dreamweaver (HTML, PHP, CSS)
Networking, Cabling and TCP/IP Configuration
DSL network distribution
Domain, webmail and HTTP/HTTPS file management
Antivirus network management (Kaspersky)
A solid understanding of the following would be an advantage:
Windows 2003 Server Administration
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Flash
Firewall, Proxy server, Content Filter (UTM) configurations
Backup, Restore and Ghosting procedures
LAN/WAN Configuration and Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
BS Computer / Electronics and Communications Engineering with at least 1 year experience in IT Operations.
Technically proficient in structured cabling system standards, T568 CAT5 cable termination and TCP/IP configurations.
Should know how to document procedures, maintain inventory, enforce systems security, and perform regular preventive maintenance.
With Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
May perform other related duties and tasks, as required and shall have the physical, mental and emotional abilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
FAMILY COUNSELORS (BASIC SALES AGENTS)
Male / Female, at least 25 years old.
Preferably with sales experience (those with sales aptitude are welcome).
Responsible, hardworking and goal oriented.
Of good moral character.
With positive and winning attitude.
AGENCY MANAGERS (MANAGERIAL LEVEL)
Male / Female, at least 25 years old.
With satisfactory sales performance as family counselor.
College graduate or with equivalent work experience.
Able to organize and lead a group of sales agents.
Responsible, hardworking and goal oriented.
Of good moral character.
With positive and winning attitude.
DISTRICT MANAGERS (MANAGERIAL LEVEL)
Male/Female, at least 30 years old.
College graduate, preferably a major in Marketing / Business Management.
Leadership and management track record.
Minimum of three (3) years sales management experience.
Able to organize and develop a sales organization.
Good in oral and written communication.
Of good moral character.
Respected / honorable member of his/her community.
With established residence.
Hardworking, organized and results-oriented.
With positive and winning attitude.
